Finding Balance – It’s something we talk so much about.

If you’ve got it, how to get it… how you’ll know when you have it and honestly I wonder if it’s a myth?

Our lives are simply not as clean cut as they were years ago.

Gone are the days when you walk out of work at 5pm and didn’t give it another thought until 9am the next morning.

The lines between work and play have become super blurred so what can you do to make yourself feel less frazzled?
